This page is intended to recruit new members to the Content! Content! Network. It is not a finalized version of the network, just a demo version that allows people who might be interested in the network get a better idea of what the network is all about. The topic links and other links are not functioning yet. They will be functioning once there is at least one member in the topic area and/or there is a manager for that topic area.
You can join the network now, but it will probably be a few days - or even up to a week - before the network is up and fully running. That allows us to get all of our code in order, and have enough members to start generating directories and actually start running the network and sharing traffic. If your site is ready to add the Content! Content! Network code and you want to join us, visit our membership application and fill it out today! If your site is not ready, but you would like to be a member when your site is ready, you can fill out an interest form. This will keep you updated and allow us to plan around topics and categories and be able to offer potential advertisers more information.
There has been a lot of confusion about how the network in general operates, and the most frequent issue of confusion is whether or not you have to host with me or on the contentcontent.com site to become a member. The answer is an emphatic NO! One of our main goals in creating this network was to allow people to have as much freedom with their sites as possible. Because of this, we have kept the rules to a minimum. You can host your site with any hosting service, even free hosting services. You can have other advertising on your site. You can sell things from your site. You can have banner ads. You can have dancing purple ducks. We don't care! As long as the main focus of your site is the sharing of free content and it does not violate our very minimal restrictions, then your site can join.
